Repossession Management Service

We undertake the disposal of repossessions for all major banks, building societies and secondary lenders and carry out an accurate valuation to achieve the best possible price for the client.

We attend site on behalf of the client to ensure the warrant is signed, obtain full possession and arrange for a full lock change, a drain down of the water system, and clearance and cleaning if required. We also arrange for garden maintenance, and provide full regular property updates.
